How to Book

Booking your visit to Abernethy is very easy.  For the booking conditions for our DofE residentials please click HERE, or for Glen Kin click HERE.

• Choose possible dates for your visit

• Call the Centre of your choice to check availability

• Read the Abernethy Booking Conditions, particularly with regards our cancellation policy

• Confirm dates with the Centre and ask your Group to make a firm commitment to going to Abernethy

• Pay a non refundable £10+VAT (£12 at current VAT rate) per person holding deposit within 7 days and send a completed, signed booking form to the Centre

• Pay a further non refundable deposit 6 months before your visit of £60+VAT (£72 at current VAT rate) per person for a Mon-Fri booking or £30+VAT (£36 at current VAT rate) per person for a weekend booking

• Send the Centre all required paperwork - Guest Information Form and room plan

• Confirm the programme of activities for your visit, any further catering requirements and any special requests for your visit

• Pay the balance of your account 6 weeks before arrival
