Experience in maintenance/DIY essential - newly retired tradesman or skilled indoor maintenance person would be ideal.
- Skilled in either painting or joinery.
- It is a Genuine Occupational Requirement, in terms of the Employment Equality (religion or Belief) Regulations 2003, that this post is filled by a practising Christian.
