For 2012 we have secured bunkhouse accommodation at the top of the funicular in St Luc in the Swiss Alps. The Tignousa bunkhouse sleeps 20+ and offers great value bunkhouse accommodation for families, individuals and small groups. We are also still actively trying to get some chalet accommodation in the village of St Luc itself. Keep an eye on this page and the Latest News on our home page for more updates.
Abernethy Hospitality
The accommodation is generally in 2 and 3 bedded rooms with family rooms available. Our host team will ensure you are comfortable and well-fed, with a home cooked dinner, breakfast, as well as afternoon tea and packed lunch all provided during your stay. The team are happy to recommend local evening activities and will organise other evening activities in the chalet.
Transfers
We are able to offer transfers from Geneva airport at a cost of £30 per person for a return journey. These depart Geneva at 4pm on Saturday, and for your return journey you will arrive at the airport in time for a 11.00am check-in. We will stop en route from the airport for you to buy an evening meal and will catch the late night funicular train up the mountain to the bunkhouse at around 9pm. Many budget airlines offer flights to Geneva – the earlier you book, the better the fare!
Instruction & Equipment We can provide you with excellent value ski hire and ski instruction (Pre-booking essential), and free advice on the best places to ski.
