The DofE "Helping on Children's Camps" Gold residential

One of the principles of the Gold Residential in the DofE Handbook is that: “completion of shared objectives will develop social and teamworking skills and better prepare them for adulthood”.

What more can we say?  Helping on a Children's Camp at Abernethy will give you all of this and more.  You will have the opportunity to spend time with at least 4 other DofE participants who you have not met before, helping us to run a young persons residential camp by joining our team in their housekeeping, catering, maintenance and instructional roles.

There will also be the opportunity to join in with some outdoor activities and team building challenges.  A love of the outdoors and the environment is a pre-requisite for these amazing camps.
