A Week of Prayer

Our Week of Prayer ran from 7th – 13th May.  During this week, our staff team and Board of Directors set aside dedicated time to pray for Abernethy and our ongoing ministry.  We were delighted that so many supporters joined us in prayer for the week.

“Commit your work to the LORD, and your plans will succeed." Proverbs 16 v 3.

"Make your ways known to me, LORD; teach me your paths.  Lead me in your truth
– teach it to me – because you are the God who saves me.  I put my hope in you all day long."
Psalm 25 v 4 - 5.

Sunday Gathering

On the afternoon of Sunday 13th May, each centre hosted a time of prayer and enjoyed some food together.  We had a great time!  A big thank you to all those that joined us at any of our centres and also those who prayed together in Glasgow as our regional prayer group there!

“I am convinced, however, that our constant activity is fruitless without first making that humble act of kneeling to pray. I am convinced that prayer is not only our greatest privilege, but also our greatest source of power.”
