KEY ROLES
Plan, manage and implement nature conservation and restoration activities.
Deliver the involvement of other guests and staff in environmental tasks.
Participate in the general running of the Centre, specifically being attached to the instruction department in the Outdoor Activities Education programme
Deliver nature, conservation and environmental sessions to guests and staff
Learn skills to deliver outdoor education activities that complement the environmental role
Develop our relationship with A Rocha and attend some of their training sessions
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Understanding of ecology and the management of environmental interventions
Willing to develop educational skills necessary to deliver sessions to guests
It is a genuine occupational requirement that the holder of this post is a practising Christian whose lifestyle is consistent with the values and doctrine of the Christian faith
As part of our commitment to safeguarding, the successful applicant will be required to become a member of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Scheme and the appointment will be subject to a satisfactory PVG Scheme Disclosure
