Rest and Restore for Church Leaders (Pay-What-You-Can)

December can be one of the most demanding seasons in church leadership. If that has been your experience, we invite you to begin 2027 with a three-night retreat dedicated to rest, renewal and refreshment.

We want this opportunity to be available to anyone who needs it, regardless of financial circumstances. For that reason, this retreat is offered on a Pay What You Can basis.

You will be warmly welcomed, well cared for, and generously fed. You may choose simply to rest, explore the beautiful coastline, woodlands and hills around Kilmalieu, or take part in optional reflective activities. Morning and evening prayers will be offered each day, but there is no programme to follow.

Everything is optional.

This is not a conference. It is not a leadership training event. It is not a time to talk shop.
It is simply an opportunity to step away, be still, and allow your soul to be refreshed.

Dates & Times:
Arrival: Monday 4 January 2027 between 4-6pm
Departure: Thursday 7 January 2027 by 10am

Free transfer available to and from the train station in Fort William.
Day of arrival – pick up at 16:09
Day of departure – drop off at 11:40
(Please note that you may choose to travel via another form of transport and be collected from / delivered to the station at the above times)

Cost:*
The standard prices for a three-night retreat in 2027 are:
£378 Shared room with shared facilities
£473 Sole occupancy with shared facilities
£520 Sole occupancy with en suite

However, for this retreat, any contribution towards costs is welcome.
To reserve your place, we simply ask for a non-refundable deposit of £50. If you wish to make a further contribution towards your stay, there is a box within in the booking form where you can advise this.

*25% deposit can be paid at time of booking if the event is more than 6 weeks away.
