An inspiring week spending time in the mountains and exploring the mountains of the Bible – with two wonderful guides.
Many pivotal moments in the Bible happen on mountains: they are places of encounter, revelation, worship and much more. In our own lives too many of us find the hills to be an inspiring and stimulating environment – and the journeys we undertake among them are often faith enhancing and deeply rewarding.
Our morning and evening reflections on the scriptures will be guided by young theologian, Isaac Riley. Isaac has a passion for helping people ‘know the Bible better and love the Lord better’ and his previous leading at Kilmalieu was hugely appreciated. Our outdoor exploits (mid-morning to mid-late afternoon) will be led by local mountain leader, Emma Dewar. Emma delights in helping our guests turn their walks into stimulating pilgrimages.
